At Fienbymcaffeine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
